Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall be applicable to Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad’s (“KIBB”) Double Happiness and Festive Bonanza campaign (hereinafter referred to as the Campaign) which shall be held during the selected campaign period (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”).

  1. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions herein.
  2. The Campaign is open to all existing individual KIBB clients who are Malaysian residents (including clients with Permanent Resident status), except:
    1. Individuals below the age of 18;
    2. Permanent and/or contract employees of KIBB, KIBB Group of Companies and their immediate family members*; and
    3. Remisiers of KIBB and their immediate family members*
      *(immediate family members means parent(s), sibling (s), spouse(s) and child(s))
  3. No entry forms are required. Participants are automatically eligible for the Campaign upon successfully performing at least one (1) matched trade with the minimum brokerage fee of at least RM40 during the Campaign Period.

  4. A contract note and/or any amount under a contract note cannot be combined with another contract note.
  5. The Campaign is applicable for online trades only (local and foreign trades).
  6. The BPoints will be awarded in the participants’ Kenanga BCard in the subsequent month after each Campaign Period.
  7. The terms and conditions of the Kenanga BInfinite Loyalty Programme shall apply to this Campaign. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of the Kenanga BInfinite Loyalty Programme, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail only to the extent of the inconsistency.   8. At the time BPoints are awarded, the participant shall be in good standing and shall not be in breach of the KIBB client account common terms and conditions or subject to any legal or regulatory action as otherwise they will be disqualified from participating in the Campaign or selected as the winner.
  9. Participation in this Campaign shall be deemed consent by the participant for KIBB to collect, process and use the participant’s personal data in accordance with KIBB’s Personal Data Protection Notice (which is available at https://kenanga.com.my/pdpa/) or for the purposes of this Campaign at its sole and absolute discretion, for advertising and publicity purposes.
  10. By participating in the Campaign, all participants are deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and further agree that any decision by KIBB and any organizer in relation to every aspect of the Campaign shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, queries, appeals or protest (whether verbal or written) will be entertained.
