I am an existing client and wish to trade online, what should I do?
You can register for a KenTrade user ID and subscribe for our online trading facilities by filling up the Share Trading (Products) form. Kindly submit the application form to your dealer’s representative.
I am an existing client and wish to trade on foreign shares, what should I do?
If you wish to trade in US markets, please complete the Share Trading (Products) form and Supplementary Global Trading form for trading in the US markets. Please submit the application forms to your dealer’s representative.
I have a trial user ID and wish to trade online?
You are required to open a trading account with Kenanga Investment Bank. You may visit any of our branches to open an account or contact KenTrade Support at toll free 1800-88-2274 (Monday-Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm) for further assistance.
What should I do if my CDS account is inactive or dormant?
Please download “Application for Reactivation of CDS Account” from KenTrade website. Kindly complete and submit the application form to our branch to reactivate your CDS account.
