Withdrawal of Funds via My Trust account
You can submit your withdrawal request via ePayment as per the following steps:
Step 1: Log on to www.kentrade.com.my
Step 2: Click on ePayment > Withdrawal
Step 3: Select your trading account
Step 4: Enter your withdrawal amount
Step 5: Click “Submit”
You may view the online tutorial on how to perform withdrawal of funds
The system will return a reference number as confirmation after your submission is successful. Please note that your withdrawal request is subject to a verified and approval process prior to the system crediting to your bank account.
If you have not registered your bank account with Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (“KIBB”), please contact your Dealer’s Representative (“DR”) for further assistance or you may contact us at our KenTrade Support at toll free 1800-88-2274 (Monday–Friday, 8:30a.m.-5:30p.m.) or email us at [email protected] to officially register your preferred bank account with KIBB.
Please take note that third party payment is prohibited and all payments made by KIBB is to the account payee only.
For approved withdrawal request, the funds will be credited into your designated bank account within two (2) working days.
Via KenTrade, you can verify the status under ePayment > Transaction History > Withdrawal. Alternatively, please contact your DR to verify the status.
