What is Multi Factor Authentication “MFA”?
Multi Factor Authentication "MFA" helps to safeguard online clients from online fraud or any form of identity theft in cyber world. The security feature watches and protects online trading from unauthorized access against unusual activity.
How will authentication protect my online account from fraud?
Clients are prompted to answer security questions for authentication purposes.  It is an added layer of certainty to identify clients. Authentication failure will result in restricted access. Additionally, mobile number, location data, and user behavioral pattern are monitored to track deviation from normal login behaviour.
How to perform one time the “MFA” security set-up, challenge questions and answers?
Upon signing in, you need to set up the MFA security challenge questions and answers. This is a one-time setup.
I use KenTrade mobile app to trade online, am I protected by “MFA”?
Yes, MFA protects you regardless of which channel or device you use to login KenTrade.
