Updating Trading Account Information

How do I update my email, phone contact or correspondence address?
To update your new email or phone contact number in KenTrade, you can log on and click on "User Profile" and save the new information under "My Profile".

To update your personal particulars such as address, email, bank account information, please complete <Customer Information Update form> and submit to branch/dealer’s representative for processing. Please provide a copy of bank statement or saving book cover as supporting document to update new bank account information.

To change your CDS account particulars, please complete the Bursa CDS Application for update of account particulars form (3 copies) and submit it to the nearest branch to update the record.

Please subscribe for the e-Statement service by downloading Share Trading (Products) Update form to opt for the e-Statement, thereafter submit the form to your dealer’s representative or branch for processing.
